Shipping Policy
Shipping and handling fees depend upon the number of items ordered and the method of delivery that you choose.
Street addresses are required to ensure proper delivery for online orders. Please allow up to 12 business days for delivery to PO Boxes.
Based on the level of service you have requested and your proximity to our Distribution Center in Ottawa, we may use an alternate method to ship your order. On all orders shipped faster than Standard Delivery (6-8 Business days), we will guarantee delivery or we will reimburse you the additional shipping costs.
1 Business Day (Canada)
Orders placed on a business day (Monday-Friday) prior to 11 A.M. Central Standard Time will ship the same day, subject to complete verification. Orders placed after 11 A.M. will ship the following business day, subject to complete verification. Orders processed on the weekend will ship on the next business day (Monday). Please allow 1 to 3 business days for your package to arrive once it leaves our Distribution Center. Business days do not include weekends or Canada holidays.
1Business Day shipping is only available for in-stock items to be shipped within Canada. This shipping method is not available for personalized, out of stock/back-order or drop ship items (items shipped directly from the manufacturer).
Orders shipped within Canada are subject to a $2.50 handling fee along with shipping charge per item.
